Kamp Agappae!

A Christian day camp offering a full day of activity, creativity, and friendship for children ages 5 to 12.

Mandate

To offer a Christian alternative in active, fun-filled summer, school break and Kamp reunion programming, where children learn about God's love and hear the Gospel message.

Activities

Campers have daily activities that include sports, indoor and seasonal outdoor games, swimming, water games, arts and crafts, and Bible lessons. Each weekly program often includes a field trip.

Kamp Reunions are held some years, usually in Fall and Winter, and may include a sleep-over. These provide a continuity of fellowship for Kampers.

Staff

A dynamic and fully-trained staff is a top priority at Kamp Agappae. Senior staff attend an early summer training camp, and in turn prepare our cousellors and junior staff for the summer activities. We take an active role in ensuring that each child's experience is fun-filled, safe and memorable.

A typical summer Kamp series includes 5 Kamp weeks: 3 held at Alta Vista Baptist Church in Ottawa, and 2 held in Maxville, Ontario. Children may attend any week at either location. The same staff normally provides both Kamps.
