Funeral Service for Karim Ibrahim Bitar
Our deepest sympathies are extended to Pastor Walid Bitar and family on the home-going of Walid’s father Karim Ibrahim.
Karim passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Wednesday, April 23. Friends may pay respects at the Kelly Funeral Home, 1255 Walkley Rd., Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral Service will be held here at Alta Vista on Friday at 1:00pm.

Funeral Arrangements for Alice Milks
Continue to be in prayer for the Mayville family as Corey’s mom passed away suddenly last Sunday. Pray that God’s peace, comfort and strength would be theirs during these difficult days.
Visitation will be Thursday the 24th after 10am, and the Funeral Service will be at 1:00pm in the chapel at Kelly’s Funeral Home, 585 Somerset St. West (centretown). Interment Notre-Dame Cemetery.

Baptist Baby
As many of you are aware Pastor Steve left suddenly from church yesterday as Sarah had called to say that there had been an accident involving Issac. Apparently, David had pushed a speaker over by accident which landed on top of Issac. Issac has been thoroughly checked out at the hospital and is doing fine.
In the meantime, while down in Stouffville Pastor Steve dislocated his shoulder. Please be in prayer for the Baptist family while they are away from us. Continue to pray for little Issac that there would be no lasting results from the fall and for Pastor Steve as he is experiencing much discomfort with his shoulder. They will be returning to Ottawa tomorrow; pray for safety in travel.
